Who we are
The Older People's Forum is composed of over 2000 members of the ages of 50 and over.
Development Officer
The Older People's Forum has one paid member of staff, Yvonne Hulse, the Development Officer for the Forum.
Yvonne is based at the St. John's Centre, Victoria Street, Blackburn BB1 6DN.
She can be contacted in the officer or by telephone (01254 503046) or e-mail (enquiries@olderpeoplesforum.org.uk).

Committee
The Older People's Forum is overseen by an Committee. Members of the Committee are elected by the Forum membership or are co-opted from partner agencies. Co-opted members do not possess voting rights.
In order to stand for election, prospective Committee members must be nominated by their fellow Forum members.
Officers
On the Committee, there sit four officers: the Chair, Vice-Chair, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer. These positions are also allocated by nomination and election.
