Working with the Neighbourhoods
The Older People's Forum is looking to cultivate further links with the five "Neighbourhoods" in Blackburn with Darwen.
In particular, the OPF seeks to compile a list of groups comprised of or working for the benefit of people aged 50 and over in the Neighbourhoods.
Further Neighbourhood-specific information is to be found on the subsections below.

A map has been included on the site to help you ascertain which Neighbourhood you live in.

In addition, the Community Health Partnership have produced a map displaying detailed maps of the five Blackburn Neighbourhoods (including Central - the town centre) and showing what health facilities (GPs, chemists etc.) are available in each.
N.B. In this case, Darwen & Rural is all of the Borough south of the M65.
